Ula Widocki is a sophomore Applied Mathematics major at TCNJ. Her background with not only mathematics, but also computer sciences, is well endowed. During her freshman year she was awarded with Highest Female Scorer at the Garden State Undergraduate Mathematics Competition. Ula is currently working with a biology professor examining the patterns of protein domains in bacteria. Ula chose her major in math because she had always enjoyed the subject in school. Her favorite parts of mathematics are its patterns and ways of integrating it into medical innovations.
